Graduate School of International Business (GSIB) of the Academy of National Economy under the Government of Russian Federation is one of the biggest business schools not only in Russia but also in Eastern Europe: at present there are about 1000 MBA students.

Since 1992 GSIB has become the first business school in Russia to develop and conduct Russian MBA programs. It started as a full-time MBA program.
GSIB is effecting now Master of Business Administration Program with four modes of delivery:

1. Full-time MBA
2. Part-time MBA
3. Modular MBA
4. Mgt/econ MBA for applicants with a prior higher professional education in economics and/or management - first degree similar to BA, BSi or pre-experience MA, Msi, etc.

The main educational activity of GSIB is effected through Russian MBA programs, which have been given State accreditation

Graduate School of International Business has accreditation of AMBA (British Association of MBAs)

GSIB mission is to facilitate: education of professional managers - representatives of an arising Russian middle class with strong focus on the career- development and entrepreneurship, effective management of the client organization, doing the international business within Russia and abroad.

From 1990 till 2006 there have been more than 20 000 graduate executives and specialists, among them more than 2000 MBA students. Every 15th holder of Russian State MBA diploma is a GSIB graduate.
